Sustainability and Environmental Preservation
All wood used in the process comes from reforested areas by the company itself, within stricter environmental standards (FSC certification - Forest Stewardship Council) than those stipulated by environmental protection laws.
All raw materials are reused or recycled, reducing waste materials and helping the environment.
It has an emergency group (fire department) that is constantly trained to assist in extinguishing industrial or forest fires, if necessary.
Promotes awareness activities among employees and their families about wildlife conservation and natural resource conservation.
Social Responsibility
In its 90 years of existence, the company has collaborated with several social entities in the municipality of Caçador, Santa Catarina. We are proud to say that all our products are 100% manufactured in our city, using local labor, encouraging professional qualification, and ensuring the livelihood of hundreds of local families, directly and indirectly.
We want to assure all our clients and partners that Móveis Rotta Ltda and its suppliers do not employ children in any of its operations or production processes. Through rigorous control policies and procedures, we ensure that child labor is not used in our supply chain. We firmly believe that children should have the opportunity to enjoy their childhood, receive proper education, and be protected from any form of exploitation.
Our efforts also focus on raising awareness about the importance of including people with disabilities in the workplace. We believe that by doing this, we can help break barriers and create a more inclusive and equitable society.
